This year, RYLA will be from Sunday 7 th January to Saturday 13th January 2018. RYLArians (participants of the RYLA program) must be able to attend the entire week. 

 RYLA is run annually, with approximately 90 participants at Uniting Venues Conference Centre Elanora Heights. 

Overview What is RYLA?

RYLA (Rotary Youth Leadership Award) is a transformational leadership program designed for young adults aged 18-27. Spanning over seven days, the program combines some of Australia's finest speakers with engaging activities and challenges, as well as a supportive environment that enables their leadership to grow and develop to its full potential.Applicants must be at least 18 years and under 27 years of age at 1 January 2018, have left school for at least one year and be permanent residents of Australia residing in New South Wales. In additional, RYLA participants must be in attendance during the whole week; leaving the venue is not permitted. Rotary Clubs or Employers or other organisations sponsor participants for the RYLA program. This includes board and lodging, guest speakers, and a range of indoor and outdoor activities.
